Social Competitions General Terms & Conditions

 

The following Terms & Conditions apply for all One Beyond Facebook and Instagram Competitions:

1. This competition is promoted by OneBeyond Retail Limited, Unit A, Capitol Way, Dodworth, S75 3FG United Kingdom.

2. Entry is open to residents of the UK only.

3. The prize giveaways are free to enter. No purchase is necessary.

4. To enter the competition, you must 'Like' the One Beyond Facebook or Instagram page as well as the specified competition post.

5. Staff and affiliates of One Beyond can enter competitions.

6. Multiple entries are not counted.

7. Your entry can not be counted if you have disabled 'Apps, Websites and Plug-ins' (aka "Platform") in your Facebook privacy settings.

8. Winners will be announced on the One Beyond Facebook or Instagram page. The name of the winner(s) will be published.

9. Winners have 30 (thirty) days to claim their prize using the given link.

10. One Beyond will only ever use entrants details for the purposes of administering the competition, and, with the exception of the winner(s) name(s), we will not publish them or provide them to anyone else, other than for the purpose of arranging delivery of your prize.

11. All winners are selected at random from valid Facebook entrants.

12. OneBeyond reserves the right to cancel or alter or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

13. OneBeyondRetail Limited is the promoter of this competition. The manufacturers of any brands featured in our Facebook or Instagram posts are not promoters and are not responsible for our competitions. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook Inc.
