RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Refund Policy for Customers

 

At OneBeyond, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy allows you to return selected items bought in-store within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

How to Return an Item

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase

  • The return must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date

  • Returns must be made in-store

 

Once approved, we will issue either a full refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange.

 

Proof of Purchase

We accept the following as valid proof of purchase:

  • Original till receipt (within 7 days)

  • Bank statement or credit card statement clearly showing the transaction

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose:

  • Consumables and perishable goods, including food items that deteriorate or expire

  • Health & hygiene products, including pierced jewellery, underwear, unsealed food & drink, air fresheners, fragrances and deodorants

  • Clothing with visible signs of wear

  • Unsealed or opened audio, video or computer software, including data cards, SIM cards, CDs, DVDs and batteries

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please return it to your nearest OneBeyond store with proof of purchase. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
