Asbestos is a banned substance because it poses a risk to health even at low levels of exposure. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

What should I do if I have purchased one of these items?

• Stop using the product immediately.

• If the toy is undamaged, place it in a heavy-duty plastic bag and double-tape it securely.

• If the toy is damaged and the sand inside is accessible, gather the sand using wet cloths to avoid generating dust. Wear gloves and a mask. Double-bag the sand and toy in a heavy-duty plastic bag, double-tape it securely, along with the gloves, mask and cloths.

• Keep people away from areas where any sand has been spilt until the area has been cleaned.

• Dispose of the sealed bag containing the toy and materials in your general household waste.

• Contact any OneBeyond store for a full refund (proof of purchase required).
